(5 out of 5 stars)

"Brass Roots is a hot little band playing cleverly arranged cuban classics and mambo tumes. The band is incredibly tight and much more versatile than the two trombone, trumpet, baritone, percussion line up might lead you to belive. My only criticism is that the tumes are too short and don't give the players great rooom to stretch out but it's a minor flaw in a musical concept that is executed so brilliantly. if you dig the clave, you'll dig Brass Roots."
