"For Don Henley, he has always made new and exciting ways to make our music as classic and as elegant as it always is. He still continues to speak his mind from soulful times, to things that people should care about, but often ignore. That case came with The Boys Of Summer, the first single from Don's second solo effort, Building The Perfect Beast. The song, and its video seemed to really strike a perfection in imagery, and won the MTV Video Award for Best Video in 1985, only the second video to win the title. Although there is a new group that just tried to score a hit with Don Henley's song, The Ataris. When I heard their version, I felt that they overproduced the song for itself. If you really want to hear this version, pick up Actual Miles: Henley's Greatest Hits, it is more well worth the dollar."
