"I read somewhere that Body lacked a first rate lead vocalist. Leticia Body, the lead singer of Body, is as first rate as you can get. The very first time I ever saw her perform, I was completely stunned at the stage presence of this young lady. She demanded attention as soon as she belted out the first note. Leading Body, they released their first self titled album in 1987, "Body". "Body" is a release that will be played over and over again. I thought the group had really outdone themselves, until the release of the second album, "Easy To Love". Every track on both albums are wonderful. Not only will you fall in love with Leticia, but you'll love the harmonious vocals that her sisters Francine and Peggy have to offer. I don't know if a CD player existed when the first album was released, but I wish I'd had one during the time. I played my cassette tape until it stretched. I'm still trying to find "Body" and "Easy to Love" on CD. If you have it, don't ever give it up. The sisters have gone on to do other individual projects. Leticia still sings as guest vocalist with some other artist such as Jazz Crusaders, but I still long to hear the sound of the Body Sisters."
