This record does nothin' but SWING SWING SWING

"There are a ton of swing records coming out these days, and while most are cool to dance to, the musicianship is pretty poor. This record does not fit that bill. The sax man Ralph Carney, has been the sideman to Tom Waits on seven albums and is fabulous to listen to. I was amazed to learn that he has his own band, and even more impressed with how hot this record sounds. If you jazzers and swingers want to hear a truely impressive debut album, check this one out."
