"I'm very fond of this CD, particularly the cover of "Institutionalized." I can only hope that the interviews, however, were an attempt to poke fun at posers - skip 'em. The lounge-style covers of venerable punk tunes actually works, though."

"Funny CD - Great cover tunes. Punk gone lounge - Too much interview material though."

"Black Velvet Flag were a great band that were doing comedic lounge covers of classic punks songs...long before this Richard Cheese fellow came along and picked up the shtick. They were amazing live and this recording is excellent! The other reviews here complain of the interview tidbits-those are all paradies of the interviews in the documentary film Decline of Western Civilization, which the name and cover of this recording are mocking. It's brilliant. I've never gotten tired of this. I wish they were still around."
