On this release, Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings launch into another cavalcade of Jazz and Blues standards from the 1930s and 1940s with tremendous zeal and enthusiasm. The all-star line up has Georgie Fame, Albert Lee, Peter Frampton and Eric Clapton among the soloists. The band - equipped with a splendid brass and rhythm section - play Wyman's favorite kind of music with such authenticity, that it sounds more like the originals than a `cover'. The tracks on this album from the Kings are all delightful as they eschew Rock for Swing and good taste.
