Album Description He comes together on this records, his first solo offering at 96, with a group of young musicians known as The Essential Resophonics. The combination of steel guitar, double bass, Spanish guitar and ukulele covers some of Tapia's favorite standards in their respective genre. These recordings, which occured on two days in Feb. of 2002, represent a photograph of a piece of musical history.
