CD Reviews

O.k. 3rd solo album
G$ | B-More, MD | 02/09/2005
(3 out of 5 stars)

"Big Syke returns less than a year since his last album and to me it shows. This is my least favorite of his 4 solo albums, and 3 of them came out in a time span of less than 18 months (Not to mention a compilation he put out during that time as well). He should have took more time and spread the releases out more and the quality more than likely would be better. It has 16 songs, of these I'd say 7 are good, 5 are o.k., and 4 I skip. Guests are not too many. Big Syke produced 12 of the 16 songs, Khayree did 1, and Vachik Aghaniantz did 3, and the production isn't as good as his other albums. A good album to have for his fans, but I 'd check his others out for more higher Syke quality.
