Beny More-"El Barbaro Del Ritmo En Mexico- Mata Siguaraya"

"As an appropriate response to the untimely death of the Cuba's all time great Beny More, RCA Victor Mexicana released this vinyl album, which sold and sold due to its compilation of long time discontinued recordings by More during his 7 year stay in Mexico (1945-1952). Mambo era hits like "A Romper El Coco","Ah!Barbara","Que Pasara", "Sin Razon Ni Justicia", "Batiri RCA", "Mi Chiquita Quiere Guarachar","Que Cinturita","Que Se Me Caigan Los Dientes","Encantado de La Vida", "Que Te Pasa Jose","A Media Noche","El Marranito", etc. were welcomed by fans all over the world, who hadn't listened to these great recordings for more than a decade. In 1992, BMG/Tropical Series producer Domingo Echevarria decided to re-issue the 1963 classic, adding 3 bonus track songs, "Mata Siguaraya", "Yiri Yiri Bon" and "Rabo y Oreja" and excluded "El Marranito". He also added the name of Chucho Rodriguez in the album cover credits as it had been ommitted in the original vinyl 1963 issue. In this album Beny More its at its best singing a variety of mambos, boleros, bolero-mambos and a guajira son, accompanied by the mambo big bands of Perez Prado, Rafael de Paz and Chucho Rodriguez. This great CD also features some of the legendary and internationally acclaimed duets with Lalo Montane and Tony Camargo. This CD is a must acquisition for all Beny More and mambo fans!Another Tropical Series gem!"

"I grew up listening to Beny Moré sing with all the romance and charm that a man could possibly offer a woman. While he was in his heyday during the 1950's with his big band playing mambo, his sound will never lose its warmth and passion. This is one of the best CD's of Cuban music in existence."
Buy this Cd it's terrific

"I think this album it's the firts record of Beny Moré here in Mexico. The musicians are Perez Prado, Rafael de Paz and Chucho Rodriguez. You won't find information about the credits. It's a very old record(1949).The US version doesn't have El marranito, a funny tropical song."
