A great hardcore disc to start off the new year...

"I got hooked on Beneath the Sky back when I heard the demo for 7861. Being a big fan of Zao, I instantly loved the vocal style and presentation. The more I listened to this song, the more I found influences from other great bands, hardcore and other. The album as a whole sounds great and is very comprehensive. For a first attempt (if you don't consider the EP their freshman disc), I'm floored by this album.

My favorites are "7861", "A Grave Mistake", "The Reason", and "The Last Road"."
