An Excellent Collection of Philip Glass

"Just to clarify from the previous review, this set collects the 3 cds of Philip Glass's music currently on the Naxos label. The fourth bonus cd is the Sonic Rebellion release, which is a compilation of pieces by twentieth century composers such as John Cage, Penderecki, Ligeti, etc. The performances on this set are all very good, and they show some of Glass's strongest compositions. If you are also interested in the disc of 20th century music, or think this would be cheaper than buying the 3 Naxos releases individually, then it makes a worthwhile purchase."
