They drew a loading dose of influences from Japanese punk pioneers "The Blue Hearts" (not to be confused with the current sissy new wave band that co-opted the name). Buy this album if you dig good hooks, and while you're at it buy some Blue Hearts stuff too, they were woefully ignored in the states - which was a shame."
