Baskervilles Twilight, produced by the legendary Mitch Easter (R.E.M., Pavement, Birds of Avalon), is a blazing indie pop rollercoaster. The songs are fast, ringing, catchy and contemporary with echoes of Sire new wave and swinging 60s bravado. Twilight was originally released, beginning in September of 2006 and ending in January 2008, as a monthly single project with sleeves designed by a different contemporary artist. "This album is catchy and accessible, everything I like about indiepop. It's the sort of album where you'll go, "oh, THIS is my favorite song...wait a sec, maybe it's that...or that." Twilight is a lot of fun; you might find yourself ending the album and just starting it over again. It's well-produced and cohesive. If you haven't heard of the Baskervilles, pick up Twilight and you'll wish you had sooner."
