"I like to listen to a lot of different relaxation tapes and CD's. I highly recommend this one for a few reasons. First of all, I found the relaxing melody of the music in combination with Barry's voice to be very comforting. I also like the way that he gives enough time after each suggestion to allow the relaxation to deepen.I like to use this CD to just unwind after work or if I need a little help getting to sleep. Sometimes I just let it play quietly on the stereo for some soothing ambience.I feel this is a worthwhile investment in yourself or a great gift to give to someone you care about."
