Album Description Sing Me A Story-Tell Me A Song Volume 1 contains 15 original songs written for school age kids and performed by the lovely young voices of the IJK Club (It's Just Kids). The singers are age 6 to 17 and are performers on the stage of the Fantasy Playhouse, Lynbrook, N. Y. and students of the Playhouse's School for Performing Arts. The music falls into the catagories of "Story Music", "Bright Ideas & Good Advice" and "Life's Little Wrinkles". These songs were selected from over 30 original musicals written by Barbara Schaap and produced on the Playhouse stage over the past 25 years. CD Reviews(not worth it) 08/29/2002 (1 out of 5 stars) "this CD was not done properly alot of the songs were very porley recorded,my son has also worked at the theatre at which these shows are featured, the directors are untrained and are in it for the money, my son also informed me that that all of the children were fored to waive all rigths to money for this CD the music stinks and so do the people who created it"
