Synopsis

Product Description
Baby Calendar's history began as Jackie and Tom sharing in creating acoustic songs together. Armed with only a keyboard and a tambourine, what started out as just good old fashioned fun help stoke the fires that later forged their mighty repertoire of cute and catchy pop songs. They honed their craft by playing open mic nights and soon decided that they were ready to put their newfound talents to the grindstone. Now armed with an EP (Your Move) they started carving their name into the scene by playing shows and selling their EP to the clammering masses. It wasn't long before Jackie and Tom attracted an army of loyal Baby Calendar disciples, which gave them the satisfaction they needed in order to take Baby Calendar to the next level. Knowing that the time had come to "rock more", they enlisted the help of Arik. Arik and Tom had been friends for a long time and had even played together in another band. Knowing the full potential of Arik's powers, Tom knew that he was exactly what he and Jackie would need in order to make Baby Calendar the twee pop "Juggernaught" they are today. Once Arik adjusted himself into the Baby Calendar fold, work began almost immediately on their follow up full length entitled, "Fifteen Year Old Sneakers". Like a hurricane named Andrew, they took Miami by storm and blew away crowds of fans with their sugary charm and infectious melodies. Local press took to the new album and they quickly became a local favorite. Knowing they had conquered their native land, they knew it was time to add to their empire by marching on the rest of the country. After a relentless tour of duty for a year winning them factions of loyal fans in towns and cities throughout the US, they began writing songs for their next opus. The new songs were recorded and Baby Calendar's newest album, "Gingerbread Dog" will be unleashed upon the world very
