They're wonderful, short sessions that you can use throughout your day. iTunes carry them if you want to try one, but I would highly recommend the whole CD since they are all very unique. The short visualizations take you to tropical beaches, soring with birds, and interacting with animals. There are several different people presenting and the background music is very soothing and not too overpowering. I love these short vacations from my regular hectic day and I have all of them loaded on my iPod! Simply beautiful!"
