"Forget Interpol or pretty much anything touted as the next "big thing" or a prime exponent of the "Brooklyn scene"; this is where the action is. Oneida and Liars are two of the most promising bands that exist right now. People who say otherwise don't understand them. The Liars tracks on this disc are among their best, a clear departure from their earlier danceable material into more experimental terrain. Oneida's are pure power. Buy it."
