"Nice more up-to-date live recording by 'essentially' Ash Ra Tempel, this four track / 68 minute show took place in Osaka and Tokyo on February 11-12, 1997. Totally dug the twenty-minute droning opener "Echo Waves", as I got something out of the other three cuts as well. Like the mid-tempo "Twelve Samples", the sort-of Jamaican-like "Timbuktu" and the CD's other twenty-minute epic, the well sound textured "Niemand Lacht Ruchwartz". Personnel: Manuel Gottsching-guitar & keyboards, Lutz Ulbrich-guitar, Steve Baltes-bass and Harold Grosskopf-drums. Get it."
