Arika comes from Killingly, CT and possess an incredibly beautiful voice and singing since the tender age of ten; Arika Kane had an early start in the game by being born into a musical family. Singers and song-writers themselves, Arika's parents have always been fervent coaches and cheerleaders of her singing and song-writing, which are skillfully displayed on this eponymous debut.
The Connecticut born songstress s sound has been compared to musical divas Mariah Carey and Monica, counting Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey as major influences. Arika has a buoyant soprano and some serious lyrical game that has urban and pop appeal. Arika's voice and performance captivated the audience at her recent debut listening party at New York s DEX Studios.
Arika is the First Artist & Lady of the Label, and is focused on success. Arika has had two single releases from this project. The first single, 'Bcuz I Luv U' at Rhythmic & Urban radio and her second single '4 The Lovers' reached top 20 at Urban AC radio.
