With the release of The Mountain Queen on the Polydor label, the band appeared on the classic UK TV show "The Old Grey Whistle Test". Perhaps the band's finest album, this reissue has been remastered from the original tapes and also fully restores artwork and features a new essay. Alquin were one of the most innovative bands to burst forth on the Dutch Progressive Rock scene of the early 1970's.
