"This is my favorite album I've bought this year. I happened to hear Alex Cuba being interviewed on the radio and playing a live set. He has a wonderful, warm, rich voice. The album is mostly pretty mellow with fairly simple arrangements but is also lively without being raucous. I love it."

"With his intoxicating voice and romantic rhythms, it is amazing to me that AlexCuba isn't a household name. I stumbled on his MySpace page and I have been hooked ever since.
I was a little concerned when I ordered Agua del Pozo, because I don't speak Spanish. My CD arrived today and to my delight he provided the English translations to each song.
My favorite cut is Amor Infinito. It gives me the same goosebumps that I felt many years ago when I heard Milton Naciemento's La Travessia (Bridges). Alex is Cuban and Milton is Brazilian, but they both share the same superb musicianship and the rare ability to evoke deep emotion that transcends language.

"I caught a glimpse of Alex Cuba on TV the other day on a local Chicago channel reviewing some of his music. I immediately loved his sound. I downloaded the CD immediately, and it met my highest expectations. This is a beautiful album. He has an amazing voice and the guitar is lovely. I'll be counting the days until I can see him perform live. If you're on the fence about this one, download it, you won't be disappointed. It is in Spanish, but you really don't need to speak spanish to completely enjoy it."
I love this CD!

"I first heard of Alex Cuba on KCRW during a live session he played on the air a few months ago. I was drawn in so much by his seductive sound that I had to order the CD right away to hear the whole thing. It has quickly become a favorite at home, in the car, and on my MP3 player! I love to sing along in the car. I am your newest fan, Alex. Can't wait to hear more!"

"Alex Cuba is an amazing musician who infuses the Cuban sounds from his birthplace into his own Latin Rock style. I saw him live a few months ago, bought this CD as well as Humo de Tabaco, and I'm hooked. He has created something unlike anything else I have heard. I thoroughly enjoy listen to his music over and over. My favorites from this album are Amor Infinito, Si Pero No, Agua del Pozo, and Tu Boca Lo Quita."
