The Best of Albert King is a good sampling of his work, but King of the Blues Guitar is a bit better. Just put this on, sit back and listen to Albert's smooth blues guitar."

"Albert King shows off a lot of his great guitar chops in this collection. Songs like "I'll Play The Blues For You Parts I & II," "Answer To the Laundromat Blues," and "Feel Like Breaking Up Somebody's Home" are gems that should not be missed. There is a feel to this collection that some of these songs are little more than filler, but it is part I, and we are talking about one of the great blues guitarists and singers of all time, so a purchase such as this is always worth it."

Great though not as good as king of the blues guitar.

"It is a great CD but not as engaging as his CD king of the blues guitar for example. But it is always a pleasure to listen to al king especially the first and last songs of the album as well as the classis tune the sky is crying."
