"Anzellotti's playing of these pieces, originally written for the piano, is wonderfully atmospheric. He captures Janacek's terse, angular musik in the same way that the classic piano recordings of this music by Firkusny and Andsnes do. This release has the typically imaginative packaging that Winter & Winter provide. It is an adaptation that is true to the spirit of the composer."
