Sublime mixture of poetry and music

"Abed Azrie chooses texts of ancient and modern Arabic poets as inspiration to his exquisite musical compositions. The quality of his voice ranges from a forboding darkness in "Legend of the Bird: and "Love Me", to an etherial longing in his rendition of Al Hallaj's "Murmur of the Breeze. The instrumentation and melodic lines are pure genius."
