Deep Album!

"The 40 thevz are not your typical West Coast artists. They go beyond the usual topics, such as cars, money, violence and women, and discuss real world topics such as the today's youth ("Thank God For The Children") and people felling in love ("Crazy Love"). In my opinion, we need more groups and artists like the 40 thevz to bring rap out of its sorry state that it's currently in. These songs, as well as the rest of the album, aren't sugar coated, they're thought-provoking and have a message for those who listen. If you're looking for real rap music, get this album!"
Great album from Coolio's crew

"This album is fine funk-influenced West Coast rap music, groovin' bass lines, synthesizers, etc. Not straight "gangsta" rap, there's more positive and encouraging messages than in a lot or rap music."
