"great instrumental work that bears the best female brazilian voices. 3 na massa is a project driven by nação zumbi and instituto musicians (dengue, pupilo and rica amabis). it combines the best contemporary composeres in brazilian pop scene - most of them come from the state of pernambuco like lirinha, junio barreto, jorge du peixe and rodrigo amarante - with the voices of the best contemporary female voices - like ceu, thalma de freitas and roberta sá. after all, everything is sung in portuguese - nothing could be more sofisticated and sensual."

"I first came across 3na Massa in a random magazine article. And am I glad I did. They totally deliver on there debut album. Filled with such class, soul and grooven vibes, this CD sets the bar for a nu-age groove of Brazilian beats and soul. I sware I must have listened to this CD 100 times! and its as good the 100th time as it was the 1st!

"Realmente sorprendido con la calidad de esta producción. Salen totalmente del ya sobreexplotado samba y nu-bossa. El sonido es mucho más urbano y las tematicas son totalmente vivenciales.
