Help Center - I got two requests for the same CD!

Search Terms:

This happens for one of two reasons:

  • You posted the CD twice, using different listings (ie, different tracklists)

    • In this case, you should agree to send out the CD that was listed correctly.
  • Two copies of the CD were posted simultaneously when you posted the CD.

    • This can be caused by a server hiccup OR by your clicking "Post CD" or "Refresh" while the CD-posting was already in process.

If this happens:

  • You can simply accept one request, and decline the other by clicking
    • When you decline, the extra CD will be removed from your CD Tower.
    • Be sure you accept the request for the CD that was listed correctly, if you listed it twice.
  • If the CD is on a WIsh List and involved in a pending offer:
    • Wait for the CD to be requested.
    • Accept the first request
    • Decline any extra requests by clicking
    • Doing this will remove the extra copy from your account.
    • You will have a chance to explain what happened to the requestor when you decline the request.
