I made the mistake of playing the CD after I marked it as received (it looked fine), and track one won't play. I guess it's too late to get my credit back? Or is there anything I can do? |

It's too late - I've done this too. You could PM the sender and ask them to buddy you back a credit - but they are under no obligation to do so. Have you tried removing (or covering) the scratch yet? Toothpaste, shaving cream, RainX, PlastX, and Pledge are few ideas. |

Contact Customer Service, see http://www.swapacd.com/help/contact_us.php It is very possible they will "resolve" the situation. |

Remember, too - -that different players play differently. This is a big question mark about SACD -- one person's player may balk at a disk that's fine on another's. I think the prevailing wisdom is to play your CD on an actual player, not just your computer. |

"play your CD on an actual player, not just your computer." I agree. I use EAC to check a disc. If it says there's a problem, then I check it by listening to be sure. Often something that troubles EAC, is not acutally audible. |
