Hi All,

Thought I'd start a new, informative thread to which all LP shippers may contribute and possibly benefit.

What have you found to be the best materials to use and best way to package an LP for safe shipping?

What is the best shipping method? USPS Media Mail? UPS Ground?

Is there anything else a shipper of LPs should know?

Fedex ground is frequently cheaper than USPS or UPS. The best way to package LPs is in rigid cardboard, padded inside with foam sheets, and tightly bound.
