Each time you buy, there's the 50 cent processing fee so the larger amount you buy, the more you save per 49 cent fee when you get a cd.  On the other hand, you potentially could never use money you put in there if you put too much.  I just needed some in there and bought $5 worth.  How much do you buy at a time?

I tend to buy 11 CDs worth ($5.39).  I think once I bought 20 CDs worth.  I make sure to buy it in 49 cent increments so I could spend it down to $0.

I request CDs fairly slowly so I don't want much money tied up. I find more CDs in the bazaar that aren't listable in the database than I do listed.

I'm the same as Kayote, I usually buy 11 CD's worth at a time.

Thanks for the input.  My last time was $5 as that's what it was when I joined but buying the exact amount makes much more sense.

I have been buying $5 worth each time but after reading the posts above, I'm going to up it to $5.39.
