Hello, I see that there are entries on here that have no artwork. Is there a way that we can sumbit images of the covers of discs missing artwork so they can be added?

Here's what the Help Center (Browse Help Docs) has to say:

We are sorry, but at this time we do not have the ability to add CD information into the database, and this includes cover images. This is because we are under contract from our database provider with certain restrictions. However, we do recognize that cover images improve the CD listing and we will be working to provide a way for them to be added in the future. Our database provider is also constantly making additions, so there is always a chance a missing cover image will be added at a later date.
