Can anyone tell me how to remove the back insert from the jewel case without damaging it (the case)?? Thanks!

If you go to this site:
http://ssl.adhost.com/jazzloft/baskets/sleeves.cfm
and click on "click here" You will see one way to remove the back insert. The product they are advertising, BTW, is very good.
