In my case, when the trade did not go to the trader from whose list I posted, I complained to the site and they maually canceled to trade to the wrong person and made the trade go to the intended person, and then the trade went through.  So that seems to indicate that the trader did want the title and did have enough credits.  So I'm still stumped.

I've always thought that we could post a title directly from another trader's Wish List, and that trader would get the trade.  A few weeks ago, I tried that, and the trade went to somebody else.  I was on the intended trader's Wish List, I scrolled to the title I wanted to trade to him, I clicked on Post This CD on the line by the title, and the trade went to somebody else.  What did I do wrong?  Or was I wrong and this is not even a feature here?

When I receive a CD in trade, I check it's readability with EAC (Exact Audio Copy) which is a free download.  ~99% of the time, if EAC says the disc is good, then it is.  That is regardless of how many scratches are on the disc.  The site just requires playability, not scratch-free.

If EAC reports a problem, that doesn't necessarily mean that a CD player won't play it.  In that case, I to a test rip of the disc with dBpoweramp CD Ripper.  That program gives a different kind of analysis.  Tracks that are found questionable by both programs require that I listen to them, which is the final test, when needed.

Yes.  On Saturday, 2/04, I could not get on most of the day.  On Sunday, they acknowledged that they had been having problems.  Also, the site has been slow to load lately.

You can add that listing to your CD Tower.  It's a match.

If it has full artwork, I'll take it.

I short time ago (a couple of months), I had over 50 credits.  I went shopping using the Browse feature (Search menu > CD Browser).  I tried to narrow it down by genre.  Now I'm down under 30 credits.  There's more available here to spend your credits on than you might realize.  A lot of the stuff never gets reposted, it just sits there waiting for someone to find it.

The reason you aren't allowed to post it is because the site's rules say that audio books must be posted on their PaperBackSwap sister site.

In that case, they did not actually include the artwork.  It was a copy and not allowed.
