Check to see if there is a manufactor/supplier of cardboad mailers in or near where your town

I make my own using four cardboards at 12.5 inch quared, tape together and then use a  cut paper bag with 

tape. I have never had a problem doing this yet.

Kind  of. I wish we could chose who we buy from. Also to be able to make sure that the person has the correct CD under the listing it is in.
