Can you send a burned CD as a "gift" with an order?  I understand they are not postable and you are not allowed to promote them as free with a request in the bazaar.  I just hate throwing things away someone might use.

I'm not an official source, so take my word with a grain of salt.  I don't think it is officially allowed.  But as long as the person receiving the disc does not complain, you'll be fine.  It's just hard to tell when somebody might not like it.  But you can send them to me and I'll not complain. ;-)

If it is a copy of the original CD you are sending, I think that would be OK.
If it is a copy of work that you own the copyright too (you playing your own compositions, or work of others that you have bought the copyright to), I think that would be OK too.
If it is a copy of someone else's copyrighted work that you don't own the copyright to, then no.
If you are unsure, then no.
