The database covering classical CDs is pretty pitiful. I understand that it is not the site's fault, but their catalog provider. It wouldn't be so bad if we were allowed to add in CDs like on PBS, but, alas, we cannot. We have over a number of classical CD's we'd love to share with you but can't find anywhere to list.

On a similar vein, 99% of the CD's my husband has searched for are not even in the catalog. Mind you, most of the ones he wants aren't THAT obscure. He was very excited when the site launched and now doesn't even bother looking anymore.

I have some Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Handel, Tchaikovsky and Vivaldi.  I can provide more information if you have any interest.

I have a website that I use to look up the upc's numbers when I have disc only. This may help your husband. He could look up the UPC than type/copy paste it in the catalog search.
