Incredible Talent

"This guy is amazing. I saw his show before the Tori Amos concert in Pittsburgh and I was blown away. His set was far too short! Adore Adore has become one of my favorite songs, I just love it. I wish there were more songs on the EP, though, I could listen to him for hours. I can't really say what to compare this music to. I hate to make comparisons, but his live show is a lot like Howie Day's the way he creates his loops live and incorporates them into the songs. I've heard complaints about his tendency to sing above his "normal" vocal range, but I think he pulls it off incredibly well. He says it himself, his sound is like Beck meets Buckley meets Bjork and I love it."
Beautiful, moving music!

"Yoav is amazing! I saw him open 5 times for Tori Amos and each time he blew me away! I had the pleasure of meeting him in Oakland and he signed the EP for me. At one of the Oakland shows he explained that the inspiration for the first song on the ep, "Adore,Adore" was he watched a video music awards and realized that a lot of people are in the music business for the wrong reasons, and this song was his response. "Beautiful Lie," the single, is an awesome song, and I've heard him sing it 5 times live and each time it blew me away, he's such a good singer and he's so innovative the way he makes the loops on stage for the backing vocals and percussion, all with his guitar!!!
"One by One" is more of a slow balad type song and shows his versatility, whereas "There is Nobody" is a fast-paced song with a beat that will be in your head all day.
I cannot recommend this disc enough. Yoav is amazing, raw talent and he will go far."
I love Yoav

"This guy is amazing- great singing, great guitar playing, totally innovative and original. "Adore Adore" is an incredible song... the beginning gives me chills everytime. The live songs are great too... you can see that his voice sounds even a little bit better live.
Buy this EP... you will adore, adore it!!!"

"I'm going to a lot of Tori Amos shows this year so I've had the pleasure of seeing Yoav live 7 times so far! He's pure genius! He really can't be compared to anyone. His sound is so unique and beautiful! I have this EP and I play it over and over! My only complaint is that it's too short!
On a side note, I was lucky enough to meet Yoav and talk to him for a bit in Charlotte and Atlanta. He's a very friendly, intelligent, funny guy!
I predict wonderful things for him! He's nothing short of amazing! :)"
