CD Reviews

Poor imitation

"I'm sorry but this is a poor imatation of a group that was the Dorados. what is with the Yanni type stuff. Sounds like the things already loaded in a keyboard when it comes from the factory"
FANTASTIC FISHING MUSIC

"I EXPECTED THIS TO BE LIKE THE DORADO'S, AND THAT WAS O.K. - BUT, I AM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW MUCH BETTER IT IS THAN THE DORADO'S! AND, I LIKED THEM!
THIS IS FIRST CLASS MUSIC - IT HAS STAR QUALITY, IN THAT, THEY DON'T ALL SOUND THE SAME, AND THEY ARE QUALITY WRITTEN AND SUNG SONGS ABOUT LIFE, MUCH MORE THAN FISHING, REALLY!
THANK YOU TO "THE WORLD'S GREATEST FISHING BAND", FOR SOME OF THE WORLD'S BEST COMPILATIONS OF MUSIC, ANYWHERE!
SINCERELY,
CELESTE MAJOR"
Get rid of the Yanni stuff and it's 5 stars

"This is a killer CD collection! Don't really like the piano stuff on the Fly Fishing CD but I hear that's being taken off on the next run of CDs and being replaced with some great new songs. (I'm friends with one of the guitar players-he gave me the scoop-he says the new songs are awesome! Can't wait! )
Regarding the Dorados, I heard them a few years back and their first couple of CDs. Give me a break! They were nothing more than a two-bit, amateur, local bar band as far as I'm concerned-not even in the same league as the WGFB."
