"I am very pleased with Jeremy Filsell's interpretation of Vierne's six organ symphonies. I have heard several versions on the Cavaille-Coll organ at Rouen, but Filsell's precise, yet passionate, performance, especially with the finals, is by far my favourite."

"This album provides an opportunity to hear the Vierne symphonies "all of a piece" as it were. Jeremy Filsell's playing is superb, and of course there is the incomparable sound of the St. Ouen Cavaille-Coll. This is an album that deserves the 'big speakers' if you can get them. Vierne's work is truly representative of the impressionist influence on French organ music. MOST ENJOYABLE. KS in Iowa"
