CD Reviews

Great album of great songs
G. Sawaged | Canada | 01/06/2001
(5 out of 5 stars)

"A great collection of hit songs by some of the 90's best female pop artists. "Foolish Games" by Jewel, and "I love you always" by Donna Lewis are the Radio Edit versions. "Runaway" by The Corrs is the radio mix, and "Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega featuring DNA is the 7" version. Other artists include Jann Arden "Good Mother"...Mila Mason "Dark Horse"...Emmylou Harris "Goodbye"...Indigo Girls "Closer to fine", and Beth Nielsen Chapman "Sand and Water". Recommended."
Women and Songs V1
G. Sawaged | 06/13/2000
(3 out of 5 stars)

"I found the next volume (Women and Songs 2) in this series to be better than this one, but this is still a good choice with a good selection of artists and songs. All in all a great series of CD's."
