"For the life of me, I can't figure out why collections like these always seem to have a "lemon" in the soup. There are, of course, lots of surprises in this collection, and it's definitely worth keeping if you love this kind of music. But the inclusion of Bryan Ferry to sing "These Foolish Things" was next to criminal. He really doesn't understand the composer's intent, and the style he uses to sing the tune is not supposed to be "pop" by contemporary standards. It's an "old classic" with a supposedly "old classic style." Who knows, maybe they wanted to give this guy a break into this collection.
