"i own the whole series of "journey into ambient groove," and this is by far my favorite. in fact, this is one of my favorite discs of all time, from a collection of nearly 1,000 cd's. i love the genre, and the choice of cuts and artists is superb. excellent for people who feel overstimulated or live in a noisy place and want to calm themselves. has nice grooves & beats for those moments when strictly ambient is too mellow. excellent all the way around."
