I listen to this CD whenever I workout. These are songs that are remixed with a little techno but not overdone.

"This CD/tape is in the category of mid-90's vocal hard house, which I happen to like a lot. On the cover the "E" in the word energy is made to look like an ecstasy (sp?) pill, which may further help you categorize this type of music. BUT IT"S NOT "RAVE" MUSIC! It contains songs that sound great and grow on you quickly and that haven't turned up on any of my other Various-artists dance music collections. If you listen to it while jogging or exercising, it can push you to go/do more than usual by it's great progression of songs and movement friendly percussions. It is continually mixed throughout, which is a giant step forward from "100% energy" that had each song ending before the next one begins. I bought it on tape and had a hard time finding it on CD a couple of years later. Overall a groovy high energy listen."
