"I stumbled across this album in a used cd shop in SF...it rocked my world and made me love Towa all over again...the mix of the Whatever/EnVogue tune really bumps...it's like black urban contemporary chicks meets the apocalypse... (Yes, Towa truly was the brains behind Dee-Lite, Kier is a good dancer though...)"
