The Tony Corbiscello Big Band was chosen to open at all of the dates for the world wide Frank Sinatra final tour. It was an incredible big break for Tony and the band, who received raves for the bands dynamic performances. Last summer was another of those special moments when the band was asked to play at the dedication of Sinatra Park at Frank?s home in Hoboken New Jersey. It was a love fest-Sinatra?s signature songs, being relived and played live in his memory, with a stunning big band-it made time stand still! As a very special guest on IN FULL SWING, Tony presents the superb jazz great, Bucky Pizzarelli on guitar. The master at work gives this release an extra brilliant dimension. Classic Full and Satisfying Swing

"A friend of mine told me that there was this amazing swing band, a big band in the classic style. I was lucky enough to hear The Tony Corbiscello Big Band in person in New York City this summer. Then I immediately bought the CD. One listen and I knew they were fabulous. The sound is big, tight, professional, and definitely swinging. The music is so listenable and you will surely be tapping your feet in time with the rhythm. The music is also great for dancers, especially swing dancers. Tony's music is "friendly," inviting, and lots of fun. Anyone who has heard it can't believe how great the sound is. If you get the CD, you will not be disappointed."

"I received a demo of the new Tony Corbiscello CD "In Full Swing" from the Alanna record company and threw it on top of my desk to preview with the other 4 dozen CD's that were awaiting my attention. As the music director of a radio station my incoming mail slot is full of demo's of aspiring artists, has been's and current top of the charts swing bands. Only a few CD's that day grabbed my attention long enough for me to preview the CD's entire cut list. This one had me hooked by the first eight bars of "Close as pages in a book", the CD's first cut! What a sound Tony has created with the arrangements of Marion Evans (his list of credits would fill this page). As I researched Tony's history it came as no surprise to find that Frank Sinatra chose him to open up his last World Wide tour. The band was also selected as the featured Orchestra for the Frank Sinatra Symposium at Hofstra University and at the dedication of Sinatra Park in Hoboken New Jersey. There are plenty of new swing bands trying to spread thier wings, Tony will fly right to the top of the list. If you are looking for true, classy and swing music in the groove, GET THIS NOW!"
