One of the simgular most impressive CD's to ever emerge from Seattle, (the) Tonedogs never received the attention they deserved, and have remained something of an anomoly. Led my multi-instrumentalist rennaissance gal, Amy Denio, they produce an incredible amalgam of jazz, rock, freeform, and soundscape textures which sooth, aggrevate, entice, and engage. Included are Fred Chalenor, known for his work with Zony Mash, and Wayne Horowitz, Matt Cameron, famour as the drummer in Soundgarden, and the always incomparable Fred Frith.
