"Is nice to have this one if you are collector and like Strokes."
Great... for a collector.

"One thing you should know: these live tracks are the same you can find in Last Nite, Pt. 2, wich also includes 'Trying Your Luck' live in the same session. They were not recorded in Australia, but in LA.

For collectors, that's fine, but if you're only looking for the tracks, Last Nite, Pt. 2 would do a much better job.

You would not need another version unless you don't have the american version of Is This It, and are looking for 'When It Started', or you don't have the album at all and also need the album's version of 'Last Nite'.

I'm a collector, and I'm frustraded, cause I was expecting different versions, and I noticed there's no track here that I doesn't have, but I still liked it.

About the songs: they're just EXCELLENT!
