"This is a bit embarrassing to admit, but I originally got a burned copy of this CD from my therapist. He didn't tell me the title, what it was, or that it was subliminal. I put it on and it immediately calmed me down. I started listening to it every day because it made me so calm and helped me to sleep at night (even though that wasn't what it is designed to do). It worked so well I researched it, hoping to find more products like it, and was shocked to find out that it was subliminal. I'm normally not very good with subliminal recordings because I can hear the voices, but this one is different. The voices and messages are woven so beautifully through the music that you don't notice them. The music itself is also very beautiful and calming.



I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to heal themselves from the effects of sexual abuse and/or trauma (as I am) and for multiples or people with DID. It's worked wonders for me and my 'inner kids'. I've since bought the real CD along with others Halpern subliminals, all of which have been impressive."
