"Steve Lawrence (aka Sam Liebowitz) had many hits in the late fifties, and this CD has most of them. Party Doll (#5/1957) was one of his biggest, with Banana Boat Song (#18/1957) right up there. Other charting songs during this period that are included are Bad Donkey (#45/1957), Can't Wait For Summer (#42/1957), Fabulous (#71/1957), Fraulein (#54/1957), Uh Huh, Oh Yeah (#73/1958) and Many A Time (#97/1958). Later, in the early 1960's, he had many more hits, his top one being Go Away Little Girl (a #1 hit in 1962/1963, not included here). All-in-all, a good CD."
